Ground Hug Aronia is a dwarf native deciduous shrub that forms a dense low-mounding habit and tidy, glossy dark green foliage that turns brilliant red in fall. Clusters of dainty white flowers bloom in spring and give way to small dark purple berries in fall that can be used in jams and jellies. Best fruit production in full sun and average well-drained soils. Can tolerate boggy soils.
May also be sold as Ground Hog.
