Porteranthus trifoliatus - Bowman's Root - Shipped
Bowman's Root is an upright woody native perennial with a tidy mounding habit and serrated olive green foliage that turns red in fall. Wiry red spires holding airy clusters of delicate star-like white flowers go up from late spring into summer. The attractive red calyces persist after the petals drop. Prefers part sun and loamy well-drained soils. Heat, humidity, and drought tolerant.
