Pardon My Cerise Bee Balm - Shipped
Pardon My Cerise Bee Balm is a dwarf herbaceous perennial with upright stems and aromatic serrated dark green foliage. The full sized dark cherry pink fringe-like flowers blooms in whorls at the top of the thick stems in summer, attracting bees and butterflies. Best bloom in full sun and well-drained soil. Has good resistance to powdery mildew.
Monarda didyma is a native host for several moths, including Gray Marvel and Hermit Sphinx. The flower nectar also attracts other pollinators, bees, butterflies, and the Ruby-Throated hummingbird.
